The DialThree is the only folding machine that can collate and fold up to 3 sheets automatically. It combines easy setup in a compact, sturdy form. Only 40 lbs. and 21" D x 16" W x 19" H, it is made of heavy duty plastic and stainless steel. The features shown here are: Stainless steel catch tray; blue handle in slot to open machine for maintenance; stainless slot for manually feeding up to 7 sheets even with a horizontal staple; stainless feeder with pinch catches to easily set paper width; blue handle to open feeders to load up to 200 sheets of paper per feeder; control panel; and dials to set the fold. The machine is much quieter and smaller than most. In our opinion, it is superior in design and performance.

Folds are set by turning the dials to the proper setting for your paper and fold. Settings shown are for 5 folds of A4 or letter size paper. You can adjust the fold minutely by setting the dial either plus or minus a bit.

For other size paper, the operating manual tells how to calculate the setting for the type of fold. Once you have the settings for the folds you use, mark the settings on the machine or make a little chart. Then it is easy to set it next time.

PLEASE NOTE: This machine is not designed to process coated or slick paper. It cannot fold legal size paper or larger into a Z fold with perfectly equal panels. Di

Select the feeders you want to use on the right.  Push for on; push again for off.  The control panel allows you to set a counter if desired. When the number is reached the machine will stop. If you do not set the counter, it will keep track of the number folded. Hit the reset button to go back to zero. You start and stop the machine with that button when the power switch on the back of the machine is on. The single arrow button slows the processing; the double arrow speeds it.

Access to the machine is very simple. Hold down the lever and pull the cover back. All rollers are exposed.

The open architecture makes cleaning and jam clearing very easy. You see at a glance all moving parts.
