The Intimus 2051 is the automated version of the Intimus 1812, both new for 2009. Set the paper size, fold type and quantity. That is it. You can save jobs for one button processing. The fold plates are fully enclosed on this machine making it much quieter than most. Intimus 2051 handles a wide range of paper weights, from 18-lb. bond to 90-lb. index, WITHOUT having to adjust feed system,saving time between fold jobs. It can process semi-glossy stock, but not photo-glossy. Its variable speed ranges from 3,000 to 15,000 sheets per hour. The Intimus 2051 SmartFoldª Folding Machine handles sheet sizes from 2.5" x 5.2" to 12" x 18". You can push a button to perform 7 preset folds and up to 10 custom folds.
The 2051 SmartFold by Intimus has a diagnostics mode for quick and easy trouble trouble shooting and setup with 7 sensors for quick and accurate problem solving.
