Manufacturer: Martin Yale
Martin Yale 1217A AutoFolder

The Martin Yale 1217A is a medium duty folding machine that folds up to 58# bond paper from 4" x 4" to 11" x 17" in size. The 1217A hopper holds up to 250 sheets. It can perform 6 different folds, including the Baronial and Cross (aka French). The Martin Yale 1217A Automatic Paper Folder is medium size, weighs 59 lbs. and is easy to set up and use. It is one of very few units to have a reverse switch, very helpful for clearing jams.

To begin, you set the type of fold by moving the 2 knobs that set the fold stops on the front and back removable plates. For letter and legal size paper, the stops are marked for the 5 types of folds. Place up to 250 sheets of paper in the hopper of the 1217a, turn it on and press the start button. The sheets will be folded in a few minutes and neatly stacked by the conveyor below.

The Martin Yale 1217A Automatic Paper Folder machine can handle a wide variety of paper sizes and weights, and is rated to fold up to 25,000 per month. If your volume is higher, we recommend that you buy a higher rated machine. This machine is NOT SUITABLE for COATED OR GLOSSY PAPER. Please call if you have questions (800) 520-6008.
