The Martin Yale P7200 Auto Feed Desktop Paper Folder is a low volume folding machine suitable for folding standard letter size paper in 2 different folds, letter and half fold. The P7200 also has a slot for manually feeding of up to 3 sheets. It is very small, weighs 16 lbs. and is easy to set up and use. PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT SUITABLE for COATED OR PHOTO PAPER.
To operate the MartinYale-P7200, you set the type of fold by moving the knobs that set the fold stops on the front and back removable plates. The stops are marked for the 2 types of folds. For automatic operation, you place up to 50 sheets of paper in the hopper, and turn it on. The sheets will be folded in less than a minute and collected in the basket below.
The M. Yale 7200 works well for the office that has light folding requirements of letter size paper, up to around 300 or so per session. If your volume is higher, or you need more flexibility or precise folds, we recommend that you buy a higher rated machine. Please call if you have questions 800-520-6008.
