Light duty manual or automatic feed folding machine.

Unique manual or automatic slot type paper folding machine. Tri-folds one sheet of 8.5" x 11" letter size paper in automatic mode or up to three sheets in manual mode. Push button controls. 20 sheet hopper.  Has 2 settings in auto mode:  intermittent or continuous. 

Intermittent mode allows the operator to pick up a folded sheet to put into an envelope, and the machine then folds the next sheet.  It is easier to stuff envelopes this way.

The Martin Yale 1501x is a Medium duty folding machine.

The 1501x has been a staple of the Martin Yale line for years and is still going strong. In our opinion the best medium volume paper folder for up to legal size from Martin Yale. Folds up to legal size in 4 different folds. Easier than most to clear jams. 150 sheet hopper. Can manually fold up to 3 sheets of 20 lb. bond weight paper even with staples.

The Martin Yale 1601 folding machine folds up to legal size paper (but cannot perform a letter or tri-fold on legal size). 150 sheet hopper. Conveyor output. Auto jam detection and shut off. Can also manually fold up to 5 sheets of 20 lb. bond weight paper together.

The Martin Yale 1217A is a large format, medium duty folding machine.

Folds all sizes up to 11" x 18" 58 lb. bond or 120 lb. Index. 250 sheet hopper. Conveyor output. Can perform cross fold. Reversible motor for clearing jams.

The Martin Yale 1701 AutoFolder is the 1601 with automated setup added. Folds up to legal size paper (but CANNOT perform a letter or tri fold on legal size). 150 sheet hopper. Conveyor output. Auto jam detection and auto shut off. Can manually fold up to 5 sheets of 20 lb. bond weight paper  together.

The Dynafold PF330 is new for 2010.  In our opinion, it is the best value in Electronic (automated) Setup machines today. In automatic mode it can process either letter or legal size paper (8.5" x 11" and 8.5" x 14") paper in 6 different folds.  You set the fold by pressing cursor buttons on the control panel.  When you set it, it runs one sample.  

You can also manually set and save up to 4 custom folds, including folds on 11" x 17" paper.  It can handle paper stock from 16# to 39# bond and most semi-glossy stock. Like all friction-feed folding machines, it will not process highly glossy paper with a hard finish.

It has a dual counter (total and job), 3 feed rollers, skew adjustment, paper feed adjustment, and output conveyor, There is a lot to like.

The DialOne is a new, unique paper folding machine that uses dials to set the fold. It has a clamshell design that makes clearing jams and maintenance very easy.

Air feed, very large format (13" x 25") heavy duty folding machine.

The EF-35 is a tabletop suction-feed folding machine capable of folding 30,000 sheets per hour.  It can easily handle glossy and coated stock. Sheet size can range from 2.2" x 2.8" to 13.7" x 25.5" and weight range from bond/xerographic 12-65 lb and 17-90 lb stock.

The DE-28/4 is a multi-purpose folding machine for the pharmaceutical factory and others that need to fold paper into very small sizes.

It has 4 fold plates rather than 2 allowing it to make 4 folds rather than 2 as with other machines.  It can fold paper into 1" panels.  It cannot fold from the side, however. Its durable construction, simple operation, excellent design and attractive appearance make it a unique folding machine for applications requiring a small size.
