The business was one of the first on-line stores selling paper processing machines (paper folders, folder inserters, pressure sealers, cutters, bookletmakers, shredders) opening in 1999. In 2007, the company was made a DBA under RQ, llc, a Limited Liability Company registered in Michigan. Our legal name and address is

WHY US?

The goal of the PaperFolder Co. is to provide expert advice in selecting from a large inventory of quality paper-processing machines suitable for office or print shop use at modest prices. These machines are hard to find outside of very large cities, and often the selection and expertise are not great. Similarly, many websites sell machines on line, but few have dedicated experts to help you pick the right machine and provide service.

We think of ourselves as consultants, not sales people. We try to provide you with complete information to make an informed decision. We also try to do that in our information on the web, which includes large pictures, detailed information, videos, and user manuals.

If you have any volume, you will save time and money with the right paper processing machine. For instance, if you choose to, you can lease a machine that folds and inserts letters into an envelope and seals it starting at low monthly amounts. The quickest way to find the best machine for your needs is to call. We answer the phone M-F 8:30am-5:00pm ET personally. It will save you a lot of time and insure that the machine you buy suits your needs.

Most people know very little about these machines or why one machine is better than another for a particular application. We strive to provide the best possible advice and support with honest opinions about the machines.

We know a lot about the machines we carry and what they can and cannot do. If you stump us with a question, we will find the answer. It happens, but not often. We will give you friendly, expert advice. We may recommend that you send samples for testing to make sure they work. In many cases we can provide a webinar of your samples running on the machine we recommend. You can ask questions just like your were in the room.

SERVICE

One of the advantages of working with us is our very large selection of products and technicians in any given area of the country. In contrast, a local dealer generally carries very few brands, and may or may not have good service. If the dealer goes out of business, you are stuck. We are affiliated with a nationwide service company with multiple techs in most areas. If you are unhappy for any reason with one of them, you can call us, and we will coordinate with the service company and the manufacturer to get your service done to your satisfaction. All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Some more expensive machines also come with on-site setup and training, with the option to add an annual service agreement.
