Suitable for 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" drives. Once the hardened, nickle-plated steel punching die has gone through the drive, a slider mechanism allows you to unload the punching compartment into a sturdy, anti-static collection bin.
The Deguasser unit erasers hard drives from laptops, desktops, and networks up to 1-1/2" high, and high coercivity tape media, including all formats of LTO, Super DLT I and II, AIT, 3590 Series, 8mm and more, with a fast 60 second cycle time. The high field strength and encompassing magnetic field ensure data is completely erased and non-recoverable, regardless of interface or operating system.
