The Formax V-Stack36 is designed to work with Formax high-capacity pressure sealers and tabletop folders. It stacks forms vertically, unlike traditional output conveyors, resulting in a neat stack that is easier to unload.
It has photo-eye activation, and can stack up to 22 inches of folded documents. The infeed features a six-ball-roller deck and two guide wheels to ensure smooth entry of the forms. The operator is alerted when the stacker is near full capacity by an LED lamp. The vertical paper stop adjusts to documents and fold types up to 7 inches.
An interlock is available for the FD 2056, FD 2096, and FD2300 series Pressure Sealers. It will also work with the FD386 Paper Folder. It automatically stops the stacker and the source machine when the stacker is at full capacity.
A height-adjustable stand with locking casters is available to align a variety of inputs. The stand is required for production pressure sealers, but optional for tabletop folders and non-production pressure sealers.
