Martin Yale EX5100 Express Tabber is great for processing mail such as advertisements, notices, newsletters, etc. that do not require an envelope. It will place an adhesive seal on a folded set of documents 5" to 12" wide and up to 1/8" thick. You can load a stack up to 6" thick and reload on the fly.
You save on supplies with the EX5100, avoid stuffing envelopes and speed up your process. It allows you to feed single or multiple page documents while operating, so you do not have to stop the unit to reload, a big asset to any mail environment. You fold the paper prior to putting it into the Tabber.
To operate the Martin Yale EX5100, install the roll of round or square adhesive tabs and adjust for the dimensions of your paper; stack your folded documents in the feed hopper, and turn it on. The sealed documents are collected in the bin in the front. You can remove sealed documents and add documents to be sealed while the machine is running. This unit is not recommended for clear tabs.
