Service Request to the PaperFolder Co.

This request form will gather the information we need to see if we can provide service for your machine. Our service company will reply within a very short time. If they can provide service, they will send back drive time of the nearest technician and the hourly rates for your approval.

If you want to proceed, send back a reply email to set up a service call. The technician will call you within 24 hours to set up a time to go onsite.

Please note, if parts are needed, it will require a second visit. Normally parts are ordered for delivery by either next or second day air. They will come to your location. The tech will need to return to install them at the same rates as the first visit.
