The Destroyit 4002 office shredder has powerful 1-3/4 HP motor, a wide 16" feed opening, and a very large 44 gallon shred bin, making it a perfect fit for high volume, continuous shredding.
The photo cell controls the auto start and stop and it also has a sleep mode that initiates after 30 minutes of inactivity. Sturdy twin drive system with fully enclosed gear box housing. The high quality, hardened steel cutting shafts take staples, paper clips, credit cards, CDs and DVDs. The high quality wood cabinet is mounted on castors so the shredder can be placed where it is needed. The Cross cut models come with automatic oil injector.
The Strip cut model is Security level P2, 6mm strips (1/4") with 32-35 sheet shred capacity.
The Cross cut model Security level P4 has 4 x 40mm shred (3/16" x 1-1/2") with 24-26 sheet shred capacity.
