Folder Inserters - Envelope Stuffing Machines

The PaperFolder Co. has specialized in envelope stuffing machines, also known as folder inserters, for years. We carry the Formax line. We sell more of these machines online than anyone we know of.

These folder inserters range from a machine capable of doing up to 5,000 envelopes per month to one that can process up to 200,000 envelopes per month. There are many options, including software and hardware to put sets of varying pages (e.g. invoices) into the right envelope.

Formax FD6204 Advanced 2

As an example, this is the Formax FD6204 Advanced 2. It has 2 sheet feeders and one insert feeder (for a reply card, envelope or previously folded paper). It can put up to 5 pcs into an envelope and is rated to process up to 15,000 envelopes per month. It can take one or more sheets from each of the sheet feeders, optionally add 1 piece from the insert feeder and collate them all together in the grey enclosed tray. It then folds the set together, puts it into an envelope, and (optionally) seals the envelope.

On-site Installation and Service

All folder-inserter machines are installed on-site by a local technician who also provides your staff with training. A 90 day on-site warranty is included.

Annual on-site service agreements are available. Formax folder inserters are reliable machines with local service available everywhere in the United States and much of Canada. Here is a map of servicing locations.
