Very Small Folds (Pharmaceutical)

Most folding machines have 2 fold plates that can make 1 or 2 folds on a piece of paper. So the smallest is 1/4 of the length.

Four plate folding machines are capable of making up to 4 folds so they can fold paper down to 1/5 of the length, sometimes even more.

SMALL SIZE PAPER

Four plate folding machines can also fold paper that is much smaller. For instance, the PH-14 can fold paper as small as 2" x 2" in half to make it 2" x 1". The PH-17 can fold paper 3.2" x 2" into 3.2" x 1".
