On-site service covering most machines is available at additional cost for most locations in the United States and parts of Canada. You can order service as needed, or get an annual service contract. Call us at 800-520-6008 for details. We can normally get someone to you by the next business day.

The technician will examine your machine, and if possible fix the problem. If parts are needed, he will notify us, and we will call you with a price. If you agree, we will overnight the parts and the tech will return the next business day to fix your machine. Call us for a quote.

Technical Support

Many problems with a machine can be easily fixed. First check the operator's manual. If you do not have one, check the web page for the machine on paperfolder.com. Most are there. If not, go to the manufacturer's website. Manuals are normally available there.

If you need further help, call us. If we cannot fix your problem with you over the phone, we will provide other options. If the machine needs repair, it can be sent in for service.
