IF THE MANUFACTURER OF YOUR MACHINE IS NOT LISTED, WE CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL ONE OF THEIR DEALERS.
IF YOUR MACHINE ORIGINALLY COST LESS THAN $1000, THIS SERVICE WILL LIKELY BE TOO EXPENSIVE. Please call the manufacturer for help with your issue.
To get service, fill out a QuickQuote. Within a few hours, our service company will send back an email with the travel time needed for the nearest technician to get to you and the hourly rates.
If you want to go forward, they will schedule a visit. The technician will examine your machine, and if possible fix the problem. If parts are needed, he will notify you of the cost. If you agree, we will overnight the parts and the tech will return the next business day to fix your machine.

Many problems with a machine can be easily fixed. First
check the operator's manual. If you do not have one, check the web page for the
machine on paperfolder.com. Most are there. If not, go to the manufacturer's website. Manuals are normally available there.
If you need more assistance, call the manufacturer and ask for the service department. They are the experts.
