The EZ Creaser offers a user friendly creaser with flexibility and speed. It's ideal for shops doing a multitude of jobs and who require automatic feeding. This friction fed, 18" wide unit is designed to do high-quality creasing, perforating, scoring, and optional micro-perfing; and it is easily operated by anyone in your shop.
The EX Creaser's touchscreen programming makes programming and set-up easy and fast. The rotary actuated impact creasing assures accuracy, as does the micro-lateral adjustment feed rails. Choose from these fold types: half, tri-fold, letter fold, roll, gate, double-gate, and double parallel; and these hinge types: double hinge, single hinge, or no hinge. Feed a sheet through for automatic measuring, and the machine sets the crease/perf/score locations for you.
Comes with 1 perf assembly, a standard 9 cuts per inch blade, and both standard and wide crease dies. Also has the ability to add an inline folder and an inline transport to the Countcoat UV Coater.
The EZ Creaser takes up very little counter space, but a machine stand is available as an option.
